Hello,
this is the police car that can be seen right at the end of the movie "Zootopia". It looked too cool not to build.
I tried to make my own glass stairs here which didn't quite work. I thought that if I gave prismarine (I never used normal prismarine in any of my builds that's why I chose it for a texture change) the texture of black stained glass I would get prismarine stairs and slabs that look like black stained glass. But apparently Minecraft renders the world in two layers. One of them displays translucent blocks such as glass and the other layer displays opaque blocks. Now, you can't change which blocks are designated "translucent" or "opaque". Prismarine is an opaque block by default and will therefore always be rendered on the layer that renders opaque blocks. That's why you can't look through the prismarine stairs even though they have the black glass texture. They still look cool so in this case the "task failed successfully".
For the siren I changed the red bed's texture to have a blue pillow and placed two ends of red beds next to each other using World Edit.
For a more "normal" version of a police car take a look at my Dodge Monaco Police Car.
Enjoy!
