They're two plugins to prevent stealing, by locking items, (for example, doors or chests.) Lockette is where you put a sign on something, and lock it. LWC is more exploitable, because you can use it on other people's items. You made stealing against the rules and say "don't even look in other people's chests", but even if that person gets globally banned, there are people who do that just 'cause they want to, and don't really care about the global ban, they just do it anyway. My Minecraft name is ZoJoe, Urinator Terminator is my nickname on a server where I'm a mod.
