There is a 1 million block world border during testing, with plans to expand the border at a later date.
Although there are no rules we politely ask that you don't try to actively crash the server or build lag machines. That's just not very fun and ruins the game for everyone. But if you do - we wont ban you for it, however we may have to roll the server back a few hours which kinda sucks for everyone else. Don't be that guy who ruins it for everyone.

Most mainstream anarchy servers, like all well configured servers have anti cheat systems. That's half the fun of anarchy servers. Have you ever joined "the worlds oldest anarchy server?"
On this server:
There is nothing to say you cannot fly, and if you do manage to find a way to do it you wont get banned or punished.
Why do servers have anti cheat? If 40 players joined the server, and flew with speed hacks in different directions the server wouldn't be fun to play for anyone. It would lag, and it makes the game boring being able to fly around easily.
The actual IP should be "2g1c.ufblive.co.uk"
(For some reason PMC adds the port after the domain when it shouldn't. I have tried to update the server listing on here many times but PMC always puts the port at the end. No idea why as no other server list website does this. The port number is correct but it shouldn't be used as part of the IP to connect as it will effectively cause a DNS loop due to the way in which we route the subdomain through our network. Always use 2g1c.ufblive.co.uk and it should connect just fine.)
