What is AndromedaGaming
Andromeda Gaming is a 24/7, minigame server.
This server will have the following minigames.
1. Capture the Flag
2. Factions.
3. Hunger Games
4. Prison
5. PvP
6. Creative
7. Zombie Survival
And much-much more!
What staff members do we need, and what do they do
Moderator:
Players who become Mods are the backbone of the server. There will be tons of Mods. You will all help moderate the server, and regulate the rules.
~~Moderation experience is a PLUS. But not required ~~
Head-Builder:
Head Builders will be in charge of their appropriate region. Each world will have a Head Builder, assigned to them, will be Builders who will help build each region. The Head Builder is in charge of carrying out the lay of the map, and making sure that no one is abusing their power. Head Builders as well as Builders get WorldEdit.
Builder:
Builders will be assigned to a Head Builder who is then in charge of a specific region of the server. Each Builder should be able to carry out a task in a certain amount of time.

5. I have been moderator on two servers lately
6. I would tell him to stop if he didnn't i would kick/ban(depending on rules
7. I would say "(Players name) stop spamming or i will have to mute you"

5. I was a Mod on CreeperCraft, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)
6. Call a staff, or if I had the ban/kick ability.
7. Same thing as 6. If I had the ban/kick command.
