What is Artanes SMP:
Artanes SMP brings WoW into the minecraft world with a plethora of classes and races to chooses from. Along with this, there are 50+ quests that range from clearing a bandit camp to raiding dungeons.
What to do on Artanes SMP:
Artanes is a survival PVP server that puts your skills to the test. There are 15+ classes and new ones constantly being add to the server for players. Through the Heroes plugin, these classes each have a unique set of spells/skills that develop as you level up from mining, killing monsters or questing. There are different unique battlegrounds that contain different game types such as CTF or TDM with different loadouts. These battlegrounds range from Sea Warfare with two ships that literally have working cannons to ancient ruins swarmed with mobs.
What is Heroes:
Heroes is a very flexible bukkit plugin that allows server owners to create their own classes and skills. We have 15+ unique classes with skills ranging from disguising as your enemy to shooting fireballs. Heroes adds an RPG aspect to the game and enhances the gameplay of minecraft further than plain vanilla.
Questing:
Recently the anticipated quest world has opened its gates! In the quest world, there are many quests for the player to partake in. The quests range from killing a player to rescuing someone's daughter from a mob! Quests also give exp so questing can become a liable source to level up from.
A main questline is in the midst of being developed. It will most likely be 15-25 quests long and will allow the player who completes it to take on a special class only available to true Artanians!
How to get on and join us:
Simple. There's no whitelist so you can come on and join the adventure! We do, however, have mcbans so you must pass certain regulations to get building rights from out staff members.
The possibility in the world of Artanes are endless and I urge you to join our legacy!
