Experience: I have had multiple experience as a staff member on mine craft servers (Normally Factions/survival). The following jobs i have had as staff are admin (twice), Moderator (round about 10+), and for some reason which i have no clue i became co-owner (once). All of these servers have been shutdown due to the host company going bankrupt or ether the server running out of donators. (the second one is more likely)

Why should we pick you to become a member of our staff community?: I think you should pick me because i'm polite to people when they ask for any staff for help, I am also ruthless when someone has broken a rule. I would never abuse the powers that would be given to me (like handing out items or giving out gm) if people ask for me to do these things i would just deny them gently so they don't start raging. I have had much experience with complainers and normally my main priority is finding hackers and abusive staff. I would record all my raids and attacks on my base so if someone accuses me as a abusive staff i will have evidence to show you all.

What would you do if u found a hacker: Normally first thing i would do is take a prnt scrn shot or a video with my fraps of the person committing the hack, The next step i would take would be to ask if he was hacking or not if he gives a honest answer i would probably lessen the punishment and just take away the hacked/x-rayed items. If he doesn't answer honestly i would send him to jail and send the video/pictures to the owners of the server so when they come back online they can deal the punishment which they seem fit (same goes for rule breakers).

Would i share a Staff rank with another person?: positively yes it is very helpful to have another staff member who has the same responsibility's as you because they could of dealt with a problem which you are trying to solve and they can help you out. They could also teach you the basics of becoming a staff and what to do and what not to do in situations that could occur on the server.

What would you do if the server was down?: First of all i would try to find a way to communicate with the owner/co-owner and then i would go on the website and post down that the server is down and is currently trying to be fixed. (trust me this does happens some times the cause is normally host servers goes down for 1 hour due to maintenance).

What would i do if i knew i wouldn't been on the server for a while?:Its pretty simple really i would PM you on the website and tell you how long i would be gone for and the reason while i'll be away for that long.

About myself: I am a 16 and 1/2 year old i am currently taking a honors program at school for medical students (its for a scholarship). I am a fit adolescent male who does 2-4 hour bike rides per morning I also work hard since i have a job.
