Thank you, hermits, for 8 long years of growing a wonderful community. The server has officially shut down in May 2021 after its 8th anniversary. We appreciate the love and support throughout the years allowing this server to have been within the top ten oldest servers existing at the moment of its shutdown in 2021.
We are a hermit server where players can optionally live alone in isolation while still building within a community. We expect players to gather their own resources and have an economy to help them get items that'd be difficult to get on a big server. We encourage big builds and players of all ages!
Griefprevention is in place to allow players to claim and manage their own land. You can give other players trust and manage on your terms. Players aren't assigned areas to live and they can claim land they choose fits them. These claims prevent untrusted players from being able to grief.
PopulationDensity is in place to spread players out. Every 400 blocks is a region pole. These poles allow you to travel thousands of blocks away in seconds. This ensures no lack of resources and allows players to be separated should they wish.
