Currently a work in progress, this is my done, and to-do lists.
Features:
-No Whitelist (If problems keep arising, whitelist will become a thing unfortunately)
-Main island that is only for personal buildings with select plots of land that can be yours
Soon to come:
-Anti-Grief plugin and other plugins to help server function better
-Maybe 24/7
-Rail system and bridges that lead to land that is free to build anywhere you wish
-Decorate main island
-possibility of adding a mod to help run server
