Love the way you guy are going. I myself LOVE servers that dont have factions, towny, raiding, pvp, etc.. just like the way this server is. My personal advice (what i'd do if i started my own server like this) is that id play on successful survival servers that have the same qualities as your server, take notes, and view what makes their server really good. Im sure theres 100's of these servers, but i specificly play on 2 that are just like BCS. They are Successful and you could learn a lot on how they do things.
