3. Bart Allen (Impusle/Kidflash/Flash)

4. Bart has a huge HUGE history since he was Impulse, Kidflash and the Flash So I will cover the basics of his Impulse history.

Bart was born in around 3080. He is the son of Don Allen (Barry's Son) and Meloni Thawne (ik all thawnes r bad but her). When Bart was a baby, he was having problems with his aging, like he looked 12 when he was 2. So his relatives though that it would be the best thing for him if they put him in a virtual reality simulator to try to slow down his aging. That didn't work, So his grandma, Iris West (wife of Barry Allen) decided to take him to meet wally west. Bart time traveled back to when Wally was KidFlash. Wally made Bart wear himself out soo much using his superspeed, it changed his DNA and made his aging normal again.

Bart was having fun with Wally so he decided to stay at that time period, where he helped Wally on Missions. During a mission with Batman, Batman dubbed Bart with the superhero name Impulse. Later, Wally had a lot to take care of with supervillains and Bart was just getting in his way, so he took Bart to Max Mercury. Max Mercury took Bart in and trained him with using his superspeed powers. Bart later joined (whatever version your looking at) Young Justice and Teen titans. There, he made strong connections with his fellow teammates and came to be good friends with them and defeat supervillains.......

5.Bart Allen has superspeed. He uses it for many unique and creative ways. He has used it for vibrating himself to phase through solid object such as walls. He can create wind vortexes with his arms, he can run on water, generate lightning and force fields and many other amazing things.
6. I have seen Bart in many different places. I have seen him on Young Justice (so exited for season 3), I have seen him some on smallville (this server needs a superman), I have seen him in teen titans comics as Kid Flash, I have seen him in many other comics such as the rouges when he is murdered :( so sadness (tho he resurrects) (thank god, and works with the legion of heroes for a bit.)

7.I want to this character for many reasons.
A. I have the same really fast mentality and personality as him.(ADHD)
B. I love Bart (no homo) and have read a ton of his comics and have always wanted to be the character on Jc, but never got the chance because Silver_Doctor took him, tho honestly Silver_Doctor has nothing in common w/ him. (srry about my rant)
C. I would be active and try to be helpful as much as possible every day!

8. I would be active every day and ready, I would love to wear his skin, i have wanted to on Jc, tho i fear that Silver_Doctor may get offended. And Yes, i would be active and ready everyday and try my best to help the new people to the server.
