You've made a good foundation for a great server. I think the next main thing to do is to get players to get onto the server. This can often prove to be the more difficult part when it comes to servers. But as I said, it has a good foundation. Dedicate some time into going on the server, talk to players and try to develop a small but strong community.
I just came onto the server, and I can tell you straight away that players really dislike it when there are no other players on the server as well. No players, no staff, nobody. Have staff stay on the server more often so there ARE people on the server. Or else, there isn't much fun playing on the server.
As said by the previous commenter (Gaming4lifeMB), you should update THIS page; adding images, writing more in the description etc. I've seen really nice builds on the server, you should add them into your images.
