NO GRIEFING OR EDITING PEOPLE'S BUILDS WITHOUT PERMISSION!
Rules:

2.) No advertising
3.) Be nice to other people and respect people's builds
4.) Build trains tracks at least 100 blocks apart
5.) Build appropriately
6.) All buildings must be 15 blocks from the nearest tracks (exceptions for previous builds)
