I am trying to connect to the server and it is saying that it won't connect. Is there an actual problem with the server or is it my computer?

this might be a stupid question but is there a way to play on this server on Windows 10 minecraft? I have tried but it always says can't connect. I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong.

Dark you need to talk to you’re moderrator PiggyPuncher. He banned me forever just because a friend of mine using my PC got banned and they thought I was trying to bypass it. You should ban him for being an idiot! Anyway pls help because I did nothing wrong and would like to play this server.
