I will give Op and Admin to those who deserve it, not to people whom I have only just met, you have to earn the trust of the admins and being a participant in the community.
NO MODS / HACKS
No Mods that will alter game play or allow you to cheat, this includes X RAY. But excludes mods such as Optifine and Minimaps.
BE POLITE
Please don't be rude or use curse words (I personally don't mind but there may be younger and more impressionable minds playing here. Just be more considerate and keep the swearing to a minimal.)
NO PVP
Well you can PVP but again its one of the task that needs two (or more) consenting people. Spoils are to be returned unless discussed before hand by the participants

The owner was really strict on rules, to the point new players did not have permissions. You would have to read the rules and accept them to be able to play. The staff was really nice as to greeting and helping me out. The spawn is only for decoration, but looks really well built. Parkouring to secret areas can get a bit frustrating. Overall spawn is only for fun and exploring uses. As for survival, I haven't done too much. I was assured that you can make shops in survival and that there is indeed protections in place.
