The thirty year war between the Elenglade Empire and Carnan Kingdom has finally ended. Elenglade's capital has been turned to rubble, but the people of Carnan find it hard to celebrate with such a measurable loss. Just as the fighting came to an end, and King Vorstag Goldheart returned to his home in Vanguard, he was assassinated by surviving agents of Elenglade. With the disappearance of his son several weeks prior, his nephew, Lord Sullivan, has received the crown. There is much to be done to rebuild the nation and the homes of its people. The new King shows great promise, and he assures a bright future for his Kingdom. The current year is 1163.
