Server information:



Duels Mc is a new server with a new way to 1v1. Our server offers many different game modes, all in a 1v1 format. Right now we have 3 different modes that we'll get into later. In each mode you have a rating, the higher your rating the better you are and the higher you are on the leaderboards. You can either play practice mode or ranked mode. Practice mode is just for practicing, your rating won't change, but since you are paired up against a random person you will still gain shards and chests. Ranked mode is how you change your rating. You are paired up with someone of similar rating and the winner will gain rating, while the loser will lose rating.



Chests are our way of unlocking cosmetics. There are 4 types of chests, common, large, super and legendary. The different types of chests have different amounts of unlocks in them. To unlock a cosmetic you must first get the needed amount of unlocks out of chests and then buy the cosmetic using shards.



Surges are a way to get more shards per duel. When a surge is active, you will get a certain multiplier on all shards gained in a duel. You can also thank players for activating surges by giving them a free large chest, this also gives you a common chest. Surges are received when buying ranks or can be bought seperately.




Game Modes:



Classic: Classic duels is the 1v1 duel you have seen before, it's simply 2 players with diamond armour and some extra items fighting until only 1 remains.



Lucky: Lucky duels involve lucky blocks. At the beginning of the duel break all the lucky blocks in your lane and see what you get, you can also craft and enchant items. After 1 minute the fences open and you have to fight using the items you have got.



Sky: Sky duels are 1v1 versions on skywars. Simple as that.
