8. No Hack Clients
9. No PvP In Safe Areas

Breach of the following and non-compliances with the following above terms will result in ban/ kick/ mute and other in game consequences with/without reasonining. We reserve the right to ban you, or provide any consequence against you without the need of evidence or reason. We are not responsible for any damages and we are not liable for the player safety, computer safety or any component with relation to the playing of our servers. You do not hold EvilQuack in jeopardy of any charges whatsoever. Compliance with the official rules is mandatory and all players agree to these rules after joining the server. If players do not want to agree to these terms, they are required to leave the server. The official rules may change without notice.

Donator Rules of TERMS OF GAMEPLAY on all EvilQuack affiliated servers
Donators which are Players who paid a specific amount of money to contribute into the funding of EvilQuack servers, are required to follow the above rules at all times. They are considered players in the server and are not subject to any loss of the compliance of rules. They are equally subject to follow all the rules and are not in any way an exception to this. We do not give refunds under any circumstance for all sorts of payments.

Donators are not to create any easiness or any benefit to players with their available powers. For example, the spawning of items to players is not allowed whereas even doing a command to save a playero s life is not even allowed. Donators found abusing their rank for not only their own benefit will be demoted without reason/notice. We reserve the right to remove your rank at any time without proper reasons or explanations/notice. As soon as donators accept the terms and conditions by clicking the checkmark in the donation panel, they automatically agree to the rules listed above for Donators and players.

All players are subject to IP checks, User checks and all other affiliated network checks to prevent the problems on our server-side. Please be advised that your IP is tracked throughout the entire course of your gameplay.
