the first time you place it, you will get kick, bacause it is a ban item.
after meny times you will get ban.

Yes, all players have priveleges. Yes it seems a bit crude, but we have grief protection in place, by just typing /arg claim you can can claim a chunk of land. 

You can also use /arg addfriend -playername- to add a player to your friends list. Your friends can edit/delete stuff. 

IF you don't do this, you'll probably get griefed.
