How to Get the Money to Buy your Own Town

Towns cost 500$ Iconomy money and purchasing a new chunk costs $25 Iconomy money. There is a tax deducted every two hours. It's $60 Iconomy money, and is deducted from the town bank; make sure you use /town deposit and keep your coffers full. You can earn money by getting a job with /jobs or selling items with the showcase plugin. You can sell plots of land from your town to players so they can have their very own spot that no other player can touch other than the mayor or themselves.

Essentials
Essentials has a ton of nodes, a ton of commands, and a ton of conflicts. Read the wiki here. There's really nothing else I can do for you, I'm afraid. This thing's a BEAST.

MineBackup
When the server automagically saves itself, it's all thanks to this plugin. You probably won't interact with it much, unless you're cursing at it for interrupting something important with its completely unavoidable server-save lag.

Towny
The plugin itself is a manager for a Resident-Town-Nation hierarchy, as well as a block permission manager for a grid-like protection system. Each town has a mayor, while a nation has a king. They both have their own assistants to help run their respective people. Players can also purchase land from the town, for a daily tax set by the mayor. The player can allow his friends from out of town to build on his land when even his very own towno s people cano t build if he so wishes.

LWC
Our fantastically underused, ridiculously powerful privatization plugin. There are plenty more commands than those found at the /spawn tutorial, with a full list here. Try the password protected chests for large builds, or play with the droptransfer options to make a truly automatic mob trap! It's niiiice.

iConomy
A simple, and easy to use economic core. It provides an easy to use API / service for other plugins to utilize to create innovative and new creations like lottery systems, card games, shops, and more. Your imagination is the limit, and iConomy is just plugging in.

BorderGuard
To help cap lag, our map has a maximum radius of 3,000 blocks. This plugin is what makes that border impassable. Run smack into the border and you'll get a faceful of pain, unless we've disabled damage. I somewhat doubt we have.

Monster Hunt
At night, when monsters come out, plugin will count how many monsters each player kills. At the end of the night, name of the player with most kills is announced globally.

Chest Shop

MyWarp and MyHome
The MyWarp and MyHome plugins are Bukkit plugins that enable warping to predefined locations. A warp is a means of getting around the server instantaneously, and a home is a specialized warp that sets your personal spawn location.

FearCraft is a Hardcore Minecraft survival server.
Then following rules apply to everyone! Everyone is expected to read and nabide by them. While we are not a "G" rated server, we are a polite nserver. Please review these rules at lest once a month as they can nchange."Rewards" for breaking these rules range from in game muting to IP ban.

Do not grief.
Do not steal from other players.
Do not annoy other players.
Creating a death warp is instant ban.
Be polite to all the players on the server, not just the admins and moderators.
Profane, Naked, and Inappropriate skins will be asked to be changed. n
Profane language, Cussing, Use of the F bomb, Racial slurs, will not be tolerated.
Hacks (x-ray, flight) and unapproved mods/plug ins are not allowed.
Do not type in caps. (will get you muted or banned) super cereal!
No 1X1 towers.
Do not leave floating Trees (also replant)
Respect peoples space(meaning keep a good building distance)
Do not beg for a 'cool' tag or rare blocks, because you won't get it.
Read all signs at the spawn. If you have not been there recently /spawn. A rule there is just as binding as the rules here.

Do nnot abuse ANY of your powers. This means no damage to someones building,n no harming/tping people who are not ready, no unleasing hordes upon nrandom people, ect.
DO NOT SPAWN ITEMS FOR OTHERS. This rule is VERY important. You can not spawn items to give away or sell.
If there is a project that an Admin/Staff has declared a public service, then they will direct who can spawn items for that project. If you are chosen you can use excess for your own projects but the above rule still applies.
Just because you donated, does not mean you are member for life. If you break ANY server rules, these especially, you will have your membership benefits removed, and if you complain, you will be banned, globally.
Help other people when possible. Do not just blow someone off who truly needs member help.
Obey any future rules that are added, and know that these rules are subject to change at any given time
