This is a new minecraft 1.2.5 server, we have shops, mcmmo, ranks, factions, and you get a starter kit on joining!
Our ranks are: Member, Mod, Admin, Head-Admin, Owner.
Please refrain from asking for ranks/items, this server is super new, and looking for players,
we have unlimited slots, I like to put it at 75-100 so it reduces lag.
We have plenty of great plugins so why don't you come on down?

I want to be Admin on this server, Because i just really enjoy it. And i think i could
By Making me Admin , You will see that i can:
1. Can help Players with problems(i.e. Griefing's, Trolls, Hackers)
2. Will help Fellow staff with problems, and back them up in arguments when they need it.
3. Help make Buildings(i.e Mobarena,Pvparena, etc.)
It would be a Great decision on your Part to make me admin because, when u
make me admin i will help immediatly with any issues. (Not like others
who might just spawn items or do stuff for themselves) I am very
experienced in plugins like (Mcmmo, Worldedit, Essentials, groupmanager and i am a webdeveloper.)

10minutes later (after hacker was kicked)
Hacker: hahah stupid admin f you, u cant control me.
Galactic_Lord /jail Hacker 1minute

Galactic_Lord spamming so i jailed him for 1minute, as a warning.
How i would handle a troller situation:
