Welcome.

Hatchetcraft is a brand new adult owned MC survival server that is focused on building. Our official resource pack is Chroma Hills 64x. You can use others, but what you see will not be what the builder intended. We have free fly for everyone from join with no rank required. Given that our focus is on building Keep Inventory and Keep XP are on.

We do not have ANY ranks that require real world money. This makes us the perfect vanilla server for those who cannot or will not spend real money on servers. We have added two ranks that can be bought for in game money. You can also use in game money to buy additional perms to customize your gameplay.

This is the server we play on as a family, so you do not have to worry about it going away or resetting anytime soon.

Things to do on our server:

BUILD:

No need to spend hours and hours just to get a little land. On our server you start the game able to claim 500,000 blocks to build on! The free fly means you can build anything you want. We also have a lot of shops for materials and a plugin that allows you to crouch at the bottom of a tree, chop it with and axe, and get the whole thing. Worried about running out of /sethomes? Not here. Everyone gets 50! The server theme is medievil and some NPC's in spawn city will speak to you.

SLAY MOBS AND GRIND:

We use 1.8 fighting mechanics. This means no cool down time for weapons, so you can deliver those mobs massive destruction. You can get spawners with a silk touch pickaxe and make your own grinder. You can even change the spawner type using spawneggs. Mobhunting plugin will make sure you get money and sometimes heads for killing mobs, even if you choose other jobs.

Make money:

We have /jobs plugin so that you can make money doing all the normal MC things. Join up to 3 jobs. You also get money for voting, selling things to other players, and even mob grinding.

Get Married:

Want to team up with another player? Marry them. You can share a home, heal each other, and take on the world together.

BetterBanner: Make banners up to 15 layers instead of the normal 6.
AuctionHouse: You can auction things to other players using /ah sell (money amount)
PlayerVaults: Ranks can carry up to 5 large chests full in addition to /enderchest
Chairs: Have a sit down and heal up.
EggCatcher: Throw eggs at mobs to make them into spawn eggs. Catch 'em all!
Kits: We have 3 different kits for our ranks.

Player Commands:

Given that we have no paid ranks we have many commands free to everyone that most servers charge for. We have things like /enderchest, /hat, /back, and more. You can also buy perms using in game money to get even more!
