My server is a faction-based survival server. One could pvp, raid, or even build their own faction town. There is a warp room called '/warp warps' that has a warp sign leading to every warp on the server.

That is false. I built this spawn over the period of almost one year. I have periodic screenshots to prove it if you would like. Here is one old screenshot from 4/23/13. If you want more proof, I could try to recover some of the even older deleted screenshots as well.
