Overview
Lapis Gaming is a newly spawned Survival Multiplayer server! We use a variety of plugins and gameplay style to give you a nice, casual Minecraft experience; the way it was meant to be played!

Main Features

iConomy
We use iConomy to add currency to our server. We use pounds and pence. You will receive 500 coins upon entering the server for the first time. Every hour that you are online, you will receive 10% interest from your current amount! That means if you had 500 coins, you would go up to 550, and from there, 605. You can spend this money to protect chests, doors, furnaces, and many other things using LWC. Protecting an object costs 50 pounds, but you get 1 free. You can also buy items from player-owned chests. You can find a few shops in Spawn Town, including a farm shop for food, a forge and an essentials store. Right click the sign above the chest to purchase from that store! Setting up your own shop is easy. Use this format:

United Nations
Nations are a gathering of players on the server. You can register them in the UN building of spawn, which is next to the Inn. Once a nation has gained 5 players, you can get free protection on a town. You can also advertise your nation in the UN building, and war can be arranged. War means that the two nations at war will have their protections removed, leaving them both vulnerable to attack. Nations receive £500 every day, to spend on construction and other things. It is up to the leader to spend this; he can also choose to have the income spread out between players automatically.
You can also purchase private land, so long as it is in an approved location. The cost on this varies between size of the land, but the minimum fee is £500. You will also be able to purchase Flags for your nation; such as disabling monsters or creeper explosions. These prices will vary, and more information will be available soon.

RANKS

V.I.P
VIP's gain access to a number of special features and commands, as well as the ability to choose a color of their choice for their name in chat. VIP requires you to be a good friend of an Admin, or for you to donate a minimum of £5 to the server.

Admin
Admins have access to all commands on the server, and maintain the server and keep it running. You have to be a long standing member of the server, be trustworthy and prove yourself to become an Admin. In most cases, you will be contacted if we feel you are ready to become an Admin, so DO NOT beg us for Admin privileges as you may be muted! Admins receive a dark red color in chat.

Moderator
Moderators have access to the /kick, /ban and /mute commands. They maintain the rules on the server, and require a lot of trust due to the commands they have access to. They receive a blue color in chat.

Player
The default rank, Players have access to a lot of commands that they can use to enhance their experience.

Specifications
The server is hosted by Nitrous-Networks in a secure UK data-center. We are allocated 1GB of RAM on a 2Ghz quad-core proccesor. We strongly reccomend that if you want to host your own server, you go take a look at them as they are very good! Please use this referral link: Click Here.
