How to get Rank advancement

Citizen:

Build a house without a flat roof

Local: 


Be citizen for atleast a week and have a job up to level 20

VIP:

Be Citizen for atleast a month and jobs up to level 30 (This rank has tons more permissions than the lower two)

Donator:

Donate $10 on Spellcraft.enjin.com (has the abbiliy to spawn items)

Mod:

Must be trusted by Johnwg7 and must get 4 member recomendations
