LegendCraft is a CraftBukkit Minecraft Survival Server with Factions, NoCheatPlus, and Essentials. It has allowed PvP everywhere except for spawn. You can form your own factions, gain more power, claim more land, and dominate the server! LegendCraft is a free server, but no moderators (except for admin) are created, so DO NOT ask for the moderator privileges. Please register for a member position in the comments section below. 

Note: If you log on and are not submitted as a member, you will be banned until you do. 
Additional Notes
A Bukkit server with the powerful Watchers, the bickering factions, and the mysterious Albino Squirrel.
