Spiders- Basic Info - Spiders are arguably the most annoying monsters in the Overworld. They have an API similar to zombies, going towards the target, ignoring all blocks. However, they can climb up smooth cliff and structure faces, making up for their ignorance of blocks. Unlike both Skeletons and Zombies, they do not burn in sunlight. Their basic attack is repeatedly jumping on a player, dealing less damage than a zombie. A spider's appearance is an arthropod with 6 eyes.

- How To Defeat - Spider's main attack involves them jumping on their target, so the best tactic for fighting them is a long-range bow attack. However, if fighting spiders with a sword, strike at the spider before they manage to reach you. They have lower health than most hostile mobs, so it takes less hits to defeat one of them. They always try to float on water, so if you go underwater it makes it easy to strike them from the bottom.

- Health and Attacks- Spiders' have a health of 8 hearts (16), and no armor points. Spiders' attacks are: 1 heart (Easy), 1 heart (Normal), and 1 1/2 heart (Hard).
