Las Venturas Mineground is a relatively new Survival/Freebuild server, where you can build whatever your imagination brews up! LVM is a Bukkit server, with many useful plugins. Every player may lock their chests, doors, furnaces, and/or crafting tables, teleport to other players, create warps, and much more. VIP players, whom are respectable and dependable players, have bonus features like MagicCarpet, direct teleporting, and access to ouranti-griefing tools. They are able to see who has deleted/build every block in the server. This is done as a form of self-moderation, and it cuts down on the amount of griefers. On that note, the entire map is backed up ever 30 minutes, and admins have rollback ability.
LVM is hosted on a dedicated server in the Netherlands, but we get players playing from all over the world. There is very little to no lag, depending on your location. We are regularly making updates to the server, and are very fast to upgrade when Bukkit does. We are even continuously developing our own plugin, which currently consists of avery advanced IRC echo bot, complete with a ban archiving system, and many other in-game features. You can stop by our IRC channel complete with in-game chat echo at any time, located at irc.gtanet.com #LVP.Minecraft.
