Well hello there, I first want to say thanks for reading my app :). My in game name bob11507 and I'm applying for a staff; I've played this server long enough to enjoy almost everything about it, not to mention the community and how much each person is respectful to one another. Any who, I'm 14 years of age, and have a Skype account. I used to own my own server and moderate a separate server, that averages 150 online players a day. So I have a bit of professional moderation experience, you could say. I'm not saying that there's a lack of moderation on the server, but I have noticed people bypassing the rules just because either moderators were not paying attention or were incorrectly handling a situation. I informed the players that they were violating rules, and they respectfully acknowledged it, and apologized (though there were others that were somewhat harsh and disrespectful, I decided to leave it to the official moderators to handle with them.)
