What exactly is MCTheSlice?

MCTheSlice is a relatively new server, yet we have a solid player base. The Slice is a mix of many different game types, such as raid, and custom coded minigames. These custom coded minigames are 100% original, and have constant new updates making the gamemodes even more fun! Along with the minigames, we also have a raid world. This raid world has a twist though, which is you are a drug lord, except for a select few elite cops. We always keep our servers100% lag free. We run on a VPS, so we have zero lag! The Slice willconstantlyhost events with prizes. These prizes vary from in game coins, to shop items, all the way to VIP! (The donation rank) We also make sure our staff is friendly and outgoing, so that we can keep a happy server!

PowerUpPvP

PowerUpPvP is an extremely challenging PvP server. The reason it is so challenging is because mushroom stew is used to instantly regenerate hearts. Every new player starts off with the basic items; 1 diamond sword, a full set of iron armor, and 8 mushroom stew. The game is based on who can stew the fastest and who can land the most hits in the shortest amount of time. Once you leave the spawn, it is an all out free for all! Here are some unique aspects of the server:

The Shop:
The shop is where you can buy buffs and random items that help you PvP and give you awesome perks. The shop runs on coins, and coins are earned in a few different ways.
Kills:
Upon each kill, a player is rewarded with a buff (which I will explain later), a coin, and if you put together a kill streak, multiple coins. There is also a scoring system, which will be made available to the public in the very near future! This way you can find out how you are doing on the server!
Buffs:
Every time a player gets a kill, they will be rewarded with a buff. This buff is a one time use, short term potion effect.But, these buffs can come in handy when taking down challenges that are too much for you to handle. These buffs include strength, speed, regeneration, resistance, and many more! Just be aware, unless you are a donor and store your perks, you WILL lose your perks upon death. So it's better to use them early before it's too late!
Killstreaks:
Players should be rewarded for going on epic kill streaks, right? On top of the buffs you get, you will be rewarded with coins, armor repairs, and shoutouts! For every 3 kill streak, you get 3 coins for the kills, plus some bonus coins, as well as 15 extra stew! This occurs every 3 kill streak, so you can keep getting more and more stew and coins! At a 10 kill streak though, a player gets an armor repair (cause at this point the armor is getting pretty low on durability), more coins, and a special message gets sent to the server saying that you are on a 10 kill streak! At every increment of a 10 kill streak, the same message will occur, except with your new kill streak! (Ex. 10 kills, 20 kills, 30 kills). This way everyone can know that you are a great player!
Donor buffs:
Being a donor on PowerUp is very beneficial in the sense that it saves time and unlocks special abilities that only donors can use!

These perks include:
-PERMANENT double coins!
-1000 instant coins!
-Awesome VIP title!
-Colored chat and name!
-Access to /store! (You can save your buffs this way, and pull them out whenever needed)
-Access to donor buffs and VIP only items in the shop!
-A special shoutout in the server chat saying that you donated!
-Buying VIP on one server covers ALL the minigames! This means across the whole minigame server, you have VIPon every game!

We at The Slice understand that not everyone who wants to donate, can actually donate. This sometimes causes tension between donors and regular users. But, everyone can be happy when any user donates! EVERY online user will receive 20 coins due to a donation!

RAID

MCTheSlice raid is the only part of The Slice that isn't 100% custom coded. Yet, it still does have custom coded features to it! Though, the raid world is unique in it's own way. It has large economy aspects, but the main way to make money is by selling drugs. You can grow, use, and sell drugs all you want! Just don't get caught by the cops! If you get caught by the cops, you will lose all drugs in your inventory, and get a set amount of jail time depending on how many drugs a player has. We also host many PvP events here, which usually have prizes like creeper eggs, in game money, diamonds, etc. To check out the Raid donations, go to mctheslice.com/donate!

Rules and how they are regulated:
1.)NO MODIFIED CLIENTS!This might be our most important rule. The Slice is constantly trying to remain hacker free, so players do not have to worry about scrubs that hack! If you are caught with a modified client (other then Optifine), you will be PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM ALL SLICE SERVERS. We have mods, admins, and owners constantly patrolling for modified clients on the server.
2.)Don't be a jerk.Hopefully this explains itself. Failure to follow will result in a mute/ban, depending on the severity of the situation. We can regulate this by either having staff watch in game, or owners watching from the console.
3.)Keep swearing at a minimum.We do have a bit of lenience towards swearing, but there is a cutoff line. Players are NOT allowed to swear at each other (this falls under rule numero 2). Also, no F bombs are allowed. Failure to follow this rule will result in a mute the first time, and if it keeps happening, a permanent ban. Again,
4.)No hackusations.This means no accusing other players of hacks, unless you have solid evidence. (This means a video). Instead of accusing the person to their face, contact and admin right away so they can deal with a hacker right away! Failure to follow will result in a mute.
5.)No PvP logging.PvP logging is just straight up annoying to anyone who actually wants to play the game properly. To regulate this, we have a custom coded plugin that will prevent people from logging. The consequences for PvP are much worse then actually getting killed in battle. Failure to follow can result in a ban.
