This is not a 24/7 server. A "24/7" server is always up and running. If it says "Connection refused: Connect" when someone tries to log on, your computer isn't on, therefore the server isn't constantly running, and therefore it isn't a 24/7 server. Take "24/7" out of the title if it isn't 24/7.
