Minecraft Server Looking for Staff Members

I have been staff on a few other servers and i have gotten many likes from the players and owners for helping build spawns and houses for the people. I am working on getting my own server but for now i would like to help other people with there's.
I do have a skype which you may contact me if needed but i will give it to u through message so i dont get spammed with other people.
I can build structures but i can not build castles or work with redstone
I am able to build from blueprints or what people describe to me
