Unprofessional. I paid for my children to have Admin access to this server and two weeks later, during a session, both were denied Admin access by the whim of the owner. Not only were they not given the service that they paid for, but the owner during the chat session decided to use explicit profanity when they wanted an explanation for their denied access. We have since requested a refund from this completely unprofessional and outlandish owner. If you want to play on a server where profanity and inability to deliver a service as promised then this server is for you.
