iConomy
The server has it's own mini in-game economy with in-game money. You can make money by killing mobs and by selling things. With this money, you can use it to buy town plots, buy towns, and even pay the server(with in-game money of course) to make a town for you, with a custom area, plots, and more!

Survival
The server is a survival server, however, unlike most survival servers, this one is not pvp. On this server, you play survival as in building a house, finding diamonds, going into the nether, and a whole lot more! Hang out with friends, survive together!

Towns
The server has world guard towns, meaning they have plots inside the town, greetings, and more. You can buy a plot on a town, or you could pay the server to make a town for you!
