AllTheMods9: To the Sky server

Think you have what it takes to guard? Follow these steps:

• Read the Guard Rules before applying.
  
• Fill out the application and post it below.
  
• Wait for it to be reviewed. Do not ask a Warden in-game, or it will automatically be denied.
  
• Within one week we will make the decision. If you are not promoted, consider your application denied and try again.

New guards are first set to the "Trainee" rank. A Trainee Guard is upgraded to full guard through a recommendation from an Alpha or Warden. Full Guards are upgraded to Alpha Guard through recommendations from Wardens only.

GUARD RULES

What to jail for:
(Standard jail time is 10min)(5 sec countdown must be given)

• Refusal to give contraband (In Non-PvP Zone)
  
• Abuse of Non-PvP Zones (Includes plots)
  
• Griefing Mines, Tree Farm, etc.
  
• Running into Non-PvP during a guard fight
  
• Breaking a server rule (Alert a Warden afterwards)
  
• Killing the same Guard 3 times in a row
  
• Camping
  

Guard rules:

• Kill anyone that attacks you or another prisoner.
  • If a prisoner is being attacked but does not fight back, do not kill the victim unless he/she fights.
    
  
  

• If a contraband item is seen, order the prisoner to give it over.
  • If the prisoner does not comply, begin counting down from 5.
    
  • After 5 seconds, you may do the following:
    • PvP Zone: Attack the user
      
    • Non-PvP Zone: Jail the user
      
    
    
  
  

• NO GRUDGES.
  • If a prisoner kills you, you may not spawn, find him, and revenge kill him.
    
  • To attack him, you must wait for the prisoner to attack you again.
    • Put "LemonCakes" somewhere in your app or you will be denied.
      
    
    
  
  

• Non-PvP means a "clean slate" for prisoners
  • If a prisoner hits you and runs into NON-PvP, you cannot attack them when they leave unless you sucessfully hit them before they entered.
    
  
  

• Do not jail users for more than 30 minutes.
  • Only exception: Users breaking server rules
    
  
  

• Do not store Guard Kits.
  • Guards abusing kits will be demoted or banned depending on the situation
    
  
  

Guard Commands:

• /jailtemp
  • Jails the user. Brackets only designate a value that must be entered. Use "m" for minutes. (10m = 10 minutes)

Bannable Rules:

• No Disrespect.
  
• No Hacks.
  
• No Cheats.
  
• Repetitive Spamming Of Chat (3 Warnings)
  
• No smuggling goods from the o��freeo�� world back into prison.
  

Prison Rules(not bannable): These are the rules of the prison. Prison guards may enforce these rules. If you are found to be in violation, a guard may put you in prison for a given period of time. Guards may punish you for as long as theyo��d like, although they should follow these guidelines. Abusive guards should be reported on our web siteo��s forums.

• PVP: PVP in marked areas is allowed and encouraged.
  
• Restricted Areas:Do no enter restricted areas to which your group does not belong. A guard may put you in prison for this on first offense.
  

Courtyard

The prison features several courtyards, in which players may buy plots of land. These may be used to build homes. Prices for the plots are $25,000. Ask a Warden to purchase a plot.
Purchased plots are protected from destruction by others, and doors and chests are protected as well.
B-Prisoners will be able to sell items in player-created stores. The courtyard is a perfect area for such stores, given its high traffic.

MINES

There are various types of mines throughout the prison. As you attain higher-level access to the prison you will have access to additional mines, which will make it easier and more fun to earn money as you progress.
Mines will be occasionally regenerated. They are automaticly regenerated every 15 minutes.. If a Warden is on and a mine is depleted, POLITELY ask a Warden to reset it. Make sure ito��s truly depleted, as they will only be reset if they are mostly depleted.

There are a wide variety of ways to earn money in The Prison. These include the items listed below, and may include other ways in the future.

• Mine:Get to work in various mines and lumber mills! As you rank up, higher-ranking cell blocks have newer and better mines.
  
• Play games:Prisoners have access to various games, such as a spleef arena, parkour courses and a casino, with which you may earn money!
  
• Buy/sell plots of land:All plots in the Courtyard may be bought and sold. Be a savvy real-estate investor, and you could turn a profit!
  
• Create stores:As an B-Prisoner, you may create stores to sell your wares.
  
• Vote for the server at www.planetminecraft.com/server/gangland-prison/ youo��ll earn $10000 and 64 Emerald Blocks per 24-hour period.
  
• Type the command/money check how rich you are.
