New City run by the Order of Riath is emerging near spawn. The city is outlining the devastation of the landscape through comercialisation, modernism and so on. The city is on multipl levels and is classed as a self defending city although apparently it will be neutral across the server. A way for individuals to take refuge within security led by a leader that confuses us terribly. 
We can somewhat describe him as the Joker as we are unsure whether his mindset is evil or good although he possesses a somewhat crazy view on things. 
Heagrad (The Nordes of Heagrad) first city is filling up fast and plans for expansion are already on the way with the inclusion of another city be constructed known as Rigors Reach which will expand out across the ocean on a large artificial platform and revolutionise the nordes approach towards its enemies.
The Knight's of the Thorn are at a solid state of mind with their first city known as Rosefort showing a lot of potential through its already amazing architecture rising from the cubes beneath it.
