Plus, you actually did have poor grammar. I'm no expert, but I would believe that your statement would have gone like this:
Hi, I would like to apply for the Administration department, as I think I have what it takes to be an admin.
corrections: "an" and punctuation.
Reason: I would love to help people on this server and make it a better place, How?: By Discovering what the problem is, and discussing it with my fellow staff members and of course the owner himself, ill do what i can to make anyone happy, and i will try to make everyone comfortable and safe in the server, and so they could advertise and invite all their friends to the server, so I'm really good with people, i think if we are more friendly we can get more people.
