NutzPvP is an OP Factions server. When you enter the server, use /kit. These kits are your starting items. Once you get the kits you want, you will need to put on your armor and exit spawn. My advice is to eat an OP Apple before leaving so that you won't get killed. You can then find a place to start a faction base. Make sure you proof your base from raids! Players can blow your base up with creepers and tnt so it's recommended that you cover your base in water or some way to protect it. Once you have your base built, you can start recruiting faction members. Make sure you can trust these players because they have access to your base. If you have any items of value, you may want to store them in your vault or make a sky vault. It is recommended that you build it far up in the sky and not claim it as faction land. That could alert players that there is a sky vault up there. After you've done all this it's time to pvp. By pvping, you can get OP items. Such as kit items from donators. After you've gotten your OP items, it's time to go raiding. To raid players, you must wonder around looking for bases. When you find a faction base that you can raid, you need to get in. Ways to get in may include tnt launchers, claiming land, creepers, etc.
