-No Griefing (Results in a permament ban) o You will be banned without a warning!

Griefing is our main problem to stop on the server, kids who come in and think ito s right to delete and ruin other peoples hard work and time spent, we do not at all give you a second chance. You grief, youo re banned!

-No Server Advertisement (Results in a permament ban) o We do not accept any sort of other server advertisement, trading IPo s or even private messaging.

-NO spamming CAPS (Results in a permament kick) -
Spamming caps and filling our chat with them is against the rules, please respect this and use it accordingly.

-No Abusing the Ticket system
Using the ticket system in game is for requesting staff help, not for asking for free items or abusive language. Breaking this rule will lead a staff member to decide your fate. Anything up to a ban.

-No Glitching
We try to block all glitches in-game, so if caught glitching the system, it is a ban worthy offence and will NOT be permitted.

-No offensive language
As we state we offer a clean server, so the abuse of offensive language is not tolerated. Please respect or face a kick.

-No building on other peopleo s buildings
Please respect others space, if they need help they will ask, but other than that dono t go starting a territory war!

-No offensive builds (genitalia, swastikas o ¦)
We provide a friendly care free environment, we do NOT accept structures representing genitalia male or female and swastikas. If you think you can get away with this, it will be an easy trace and kick.

-No asking for ranks (excessive asking results in a kick)
Our moderators and admins have enough work to do than saying no to people constantly asking for ranks, we review you over a period of time without your knowledge. You will be ranked up in time, so dono t worry. The first rank is always given free with forum registration.

-No minecraft modo s
We do NOT allow the use of a fly mod in game, if you are caught, you will be warned, then kicked/banned. Please respect this and not bother with the fly mod. We do NOT allow the use of XRAY mods in game as you will ruin our economy and if you are caught you will be warned which can be follow with a ban. We do NOT allow any OTHER mod of any type that will be considered to be harmful to the server or cheating. We do please ask that you respect this rule and not abuse it. Ban Appeals on this case will be refused.

-Try not to IDLE/AFK too much (excessive asking results in a kick)
Our server is being hit by new users every few minutes, which is very impressive which is why we have put in an AFK over 5 minutes auto-kick script to allow those who areno t playing to leave a slot for those who do.

-No Abusive/Disturbing/Offensive Skins (can result in insta-ban if you dono t listen to the mods)
Certain skins we do NOT appreciate are skins that represent hitler, nude skins, abusive skins. If you happen to think ito s funny to have a skin like this and join the server. You will be asked to change the skin of face kick/ban. Please respect this as we are only out to create a friendly, peaceful server!

RANKS:

Non-Staff ranks: Commoner, Knight, Baron, Viscount, Earl, POTW(Player of the Week), Donator.

Staff Ranks: Trainee, Marshal, Duke, GrandDuke, Dev, Chancellor, King's Consort. King.

To Obtain the rank Knight you must register on the OMGWTFHAX website.

Ranks are not given out to people who are good builders, or to people who beg and beg. Ranks are given to people who are Friendly, trustworthy, and most of all Play ALOT.

This Server is currently trying to make its way to #1, but it cant do it alone, it needs your help to grow and prosper.
