 Why do you want to be an admin:
 Well obviously I want to minimise the amount of rule breaking and create an enjoyable experience for the whole player base. But more to the point I would like to become admin to help and encourage new players, provide them any assistance they may need, and generally aid any player in any way they require in a polite, respectful and accelerated manner. Finally I would like to help relieve some of the stress of the other staff members by being active and helping consistently.

 What could you bring to the team:
 I could bring my commitment, I would try me very hardest to provide players with informative and helpful answers to all their queries, I would do this frequently to make sure all players have an enjoyable experience.
 Also because of my previous experience I have a great understanding of appropriate sanctions and the best means to deter rule breakers, by simply making fair unbiased decisions. Also I have high amounts of time and patients, which I think would be essential when helping players come to grips with rules and any problems that have.

 Do you have any knowledge of plugins or have any experience as an admin:
 Yes, I used to run a small server of our own, just for fun. It had a small player base but none the less I acquired many beneficial skills, for example I have learned the basic use of permission. I am highly skilled with world edit, locket and many other bukkit plugins, as well as LWC and a RPG faction plugin. Finally when I was an admin with Namaja I learnt many of the appropriate commands and helped all players in any way I could.

 Do you understand that you can be removed from the admin team at any time: Yes, of course.

One question: Why cant you claim land? I asked a bunch of peeps and they said the owner said/decided that, but why?

Because it adds an extra edge concerning Stealing/raiding, and gives value to items, instead of having players claiming land and stocking all their items in chests. I wanted to give a realistic aspect to the server

well, thats a con to the server, cause if you dont have a super hidden base you will get griefed on a daily basis. And wont be able to build anything at all.

Well you will if you hide it well enough. I disabled claiming also because with it griefing would still be allowed, and I don't want people complaining about how they got griefed on protected land. With modpacks claiming plugins are pretty much always overridden and I don't want players to have a false sense of security

You know, that there are anti-grief plugins made specially for modpacks, right? And with griefing enabled the whole world will be in ruins, instead of awesome builds. I suggest you to put some sort of an anti-grief plugin, and make it so, that you pay to protect your land, i think thats not that bad of an idea. :D

Mhm I hadn't thought of paying for land. I like that idea. But first I need to find time to fix the shop and the economy. So for now there won't be any, but possibly in the futur
