No one else on the server has these issues, you can see the servers TPS and your ping to the server on the right hand side all the time.

Its possible that either your internet is having problems or your pc is having some other issue.

In regards to the ram amount, 2gb is currently suiting the server fine and if needed can simply be upgraded if the need arises.
