Faithful 32x + Fresh Animations resource pack, but with a twist: four custom-recolored bosses instead of generic vanilla mobs. Iron Colossus (molten orange, Iron Golem), Crystal Guardian (crystal blue, Enderman), Hell Duke (infernal red, Wither Skeleton), and Deep Phantom (void purple, our strongest boss, built on a Warden). They spawn ambiently around the world, or you can summon one yourself with /worldboss for a fee - no forced arena, no waiting for a raid group.

Slimefun4 runs alongside classic survival for players who want a massive tech and magic progression tree with hundreds of hours of content, without forcing it on anyone who just wants a vanilla-style playthrough.
