Honor - PvP, Survival, Hard Difficulty

Honor is a low population 1.6.2 Survival server with Factions. We utilize a multitude of tools to help enable us to keep an eye on our members to ensure that there are no issues. This includes methods such as administrative tools from our cell phone. We are staffed with 4 admins in total to include myself Zerkini (the owner) and Johnmanbevil (~Tak_The_Ungentle) Currently there is only one rank other than the default and that is Builder. We are interested in setting up additional ranks. That allow certain permissions to be allowed that aren't available to everyone else. Just need some ideas. Member Suggestions are welcome!

KillsPay (Paid for killing mobs -and- players. (could use a better payment plugin, but this one does the job))
All plugins up to date with the latest version available.

Orebfuscator (no X-ray mining)

HealthBar (yup, see mob/player health bars on screen!)
RPGHealth (Start with 5 hitpoints, max health of 50, level up by killing!)
mcMMO (Multitude of different skills with level up options that allow additional abilities based on skill levels)
MobileAdmin (So I can access the console and other features of a server admin via my cell phone.)
Essentials suite (This is all your basic commands that have come to be expected of a craftbukkit server.
MasterPromote (promote yourself with a sign, no need to wait on an admin! Must read the rules first!)
SignShop (got to spend all that killing money somewhere!)

Don't want to PVP right away? Players not in a faction cannot PVP.
Hate PVP servers because you lose all your gear on death? My server lets you keep your gear and fight another day (it gets damaged of course)

Region protection for spawn area and all admin locations.
