Resourcepack can be enabled ingame.

make sure you have resourcepack enabled in the server settings page.

this is also recommended because we push out updates now and then and this method will auto update them for you

Generally an amazing server. Wonderful staff, beautifully crafted features, and a friendly owner. There are very few issues, and most are quickly fixed by staff. Could not ask for more in a server.
