Greetings Minecrafters!





My name is Will and I am looking to have your help in order to bring this server up to what we could all agree on and love!





Now, at the current moment, I would like everyone who is interested to read the following VERY CAREFULLY:





*Basic Guidelines for Helping CHECKLIST*



If you can find yourself at the 18 year old age mark and are still playing minecraft, then that is a good start. I am 21 years of age, so please, get your laughs out now, because we have serious work to pull off. If you also find youself proficient in helping guide/teach the owner, me on how to manage a few plugins (I am a bit rusty) that will be a bonus. Anyone who has had server leadership/staffing before are welcomed, but again, you must be at least 18 years of age. Coders, Website Builders, Builders, Helpers, just about anyone who is good with a computer, and who is ENGLISH and has a online rate of at least 70%. I also am require those whom join to understand and use ENGLISH/GRAMMAR to the best of their understanding. The reason I say this is simply put, you must be able to put together sentences that make sense, are clear and sound as if you truly care for the server.





So what type of server will I want to run. At the current stage, I would like to get help in building a factions server that looks modern, and runs as if it was in the top #25 of the worlds minecraft servers. I also would like to have a mix between standard bare bones factions and custom enchants or minor-op with a good economy and the ability for players to not get burnt out after a few hours. I want the fun to last and as testing goes, we will meet often and discuss what we will do next.
