Rift Roleplay is a fantasy roleplaying server set in a world that combines both the darker elements of doom and gloom with the classic ones of magic and monsters.



Rift RP sets itself apart with a tailored experience focused on rich storytelling, unburdening itself from out-of-character mechanics. All of this is reflected in our concise lore, rules, and application format.



Our community is one built on three founding principles: trust, respect, and transparency.



As a result, Rift RP is one of the few roleplaying servers that does not actively monetize itself; even within Mojang’s allowed rules.


Everything is completely free from the get go. If it was locked behind a paywall on one server, it isn’t here.



That same freedom is extended to our players. There are no ranks or seniority systems in place. Once you join you’re on fair ground with every other roleplayer. The only difference is where you choose to go once you’re here.
