Staff Recruitment
It is important to note that this server is still VERY much in development and therefore many changes will be made including but not limited to: Server Files, Server Plugins, Worlds ETC
Hello planet MC users. Rustie Sim is a brand new server still in development. The idea for the server was to create something different and unique. That's why I chose to go with a Rust style game play; not as a mini-game, but as a fully featured main world aimed at creating a Rust environment for minecraft. The server is still much in development and at this time I am not looking for normal players but rather staff members to assist in building, managing, and developing the server before its official release. The official release date is set to August 29th, 2019. With the release just around the corner, it is time to open up the staff recruitment to begin developing the RustieSim team. Currently, I am looking to hire for 5 positions. Developer, Builder, Moderator, Admin and Arena Admin. Each will come with their own specific set of requirements and all will have a general set of requirements. Below, I will list both the general requirement and the Per-Position requirements. Please note, if staff is not online, the server will be white-listed. To apply, please see the end of this post.
Please make sure you fully understand what I am requesting before deciding to apply for a position. I will have multiple slots available for each position and I will keep this post updated daily with the remaining position slots available. This post will be taken down once I have filled all staff roles and there won't be a new one until the opening on the 29th. So if you don't make the cut I hope to still see you on opening day.
General Requirements
- Must Be At Least 15 Years Of Age
- Must Have Working Mic And Discord
- Ability To See The Vision Of The Server
- Ability To Work By Yourself W/O Assistance
- Ability To Follow Directions Of ALL Staff
- Must Read Entire Post Before Applying
- Ability To Put In At Least 5 Hours A Week
Developer 2/2 Slots
- Ability To Navigate Server Files And Edit The Config
- Familiarization With A FTP Client
- Ability To Use Plugin Commands On Server
Builder 5/5 Slots
- Ability To Prove Building Competency To Staff
- Ability To Complete Builds In A Timely Manner
- Ability To Build According To What Is Asked
Moderator 4/4 Slots
- Ability To Moderate Chat
- Ability To Assist Players With Needs
- Basic Familiarization With All Plugins On Server
Admin 2/2 Slots
- Advanced Familiarization With All Plugins On Server
- Ability To Respond To Submitted Reports
- Ability To Assign Tasks To Moderators Regarding Server
Arena Admin 3/3 Slots
- Advanced Familiarization of Withered(Plugin)
- Ability To Assist With Arena Questions/Reports
- Basic Assistance With Non Arena Admin Duties
- Ability To Setup Withered Arena Once A Week
