We are a 24/7 server besides when we close to do maintenance. 
We just opened on December 14, 2012 and we are still working on making the server perfect for the Minecraft community. 
We believe that Minecrafters like you should have the best experience on a server as possible and our maintenance helps ensure that!

Ranks: 
Member - You start as a member. You don't get many commands and options to choose from. 
Builder - Once you've made a house, survived about a week, and gotten plentiful materials, you are promoted builder. You get some more commands and options. New ranks are coming. 
Moderator - You don't get qualified as a member unless you send in a Moderator Application located on our website. You must be playing on the server for quite some time, and you know many people. You have a small town going, with a few redstone machines. You will be taught the Moderator ways. 
Admin - After being a moderator for quite some time, you will automatically be promoted to admin, unless you don't want to. You will learn more commands and will be buddies with all people. 
Owner - No one can reach owner, only mattmcmullen1 

Rules: 
1. No Griefing - If you are griefed, file a ticket and we will fix it. 
Result 
1st Offense - 2 day Ban 
2nd Offense - Perma Ban 

2. No Advertisements 
Result 
1st Offense - 4 day Ban 
2nd Offense - Perma Ban 

3. No Swearing 
Result 
1st Offense - 1 Day Ban 
2nd Offense - Perma Ban 

4. No Hacking, Mods, or Other Clients 
Result 
1st Offense - Perma Ban 

5. No Caps 
Result 
1st Offense - Kick 
2nd Offense - Perma Ban 

6. Be friendly 
Result 
1st Offense - Kick 
2nd Offense - 2 day Ban 
3rd Offense - Will be dealt with the Owner
