SERVER THEME: Fallout/Post Apocalypse

WHAT IS FALLOUT?:

Fallout is set several decades after a worldwide conflict brought on by global petroleum shortage. Several nations begin warring with one another for the last stores of non-renewable resources, namely oil and uranium. Known as the Resource Wars, fighting begins in April 2052 and continues until October 23, 2077. China invades Alaska in the winter of 2066, causing the United States to go to war with China and using Canadian resources to supply their war efforts, despite Canadian complaints. Eventually the US annexes Canada in February 2076 and reclaims Alaska eleven months later. After years of conflict, on October 23, 2077, a global nuclear attack occurs. Nobody knows who strikes first, but in less than two hours most major cities are destroyed. The effects of the attack will not fade for the next 100 years. As a consequence, human society has collapsed, and survivor settlements barely eke out a living in the now-barren wasteland, while a lucky few lived through the occurrence in underground fallout shelters known as Vaults.

SERVER RULES:

No building BLOCKS, this doesn't include doors, paintings, torches, levers, plants and etc. (fences are not allowed either)

Stealing from chests is allowed (if their is not Lockette sign on it)

Breakable blocks are: Clay and Glowstone (this doesn't mean they can be placed)

Fighting is RPed although PVP will be turned on for fights with more than 2 players

No Spamming.

No Metagaming.

No pissing me off.

SERVER PLOT: *Russian accent* The year is 3033 (Fallout lore) it is unknown
to Russia if any civilizations stand... It matters not, the only way to achieve
survival is to capture The city of Samara before winter comes. I am Vikktore general
of the Iron-horde, we fight for Freedom and Survival. We won't let the wasteland stand
in are way! (Basically the players make the story... other wise their isn't much to talk
about except the standing factions)

SERVER FACTIONS:

Any players without a faction is a wastelander by default.

Iron-Horde (Russian Tank Veterans)

IDAR (Independant Droids And Robots)

Ghouls (Zombies with minds)

Super Mutants (Huge idiotic humanoids)

Vendetta (Human Protectors)

Build Samara.

Accept/Decline Builder Apps.

PHASE 2:

(Begins when Phase 1 is complete)

Accept/Decline Role-Player Apps.

Begin RolePlaying

Phase 3:

(Begins 1 month after Phase 2)

Chose admins/moderators for the server.

Begin having events.

THE JOB OF A BUILDER :

Builders are for making buildings, shacks and things you'd find in Fallout lore.

If you are a Builder, you cannot Role-play.

If you are a Player, you cannot Build.

You can't be both to prevent metagame.

SERVER BANS AND KICKS:

If you break one rule you have no chance of becoming an admin.

1st Rule break: Kick
2nd Rule break: 24 Hour Ban
3rd Rule break: Week long Ban
4th Rule break: PermaBan

Their aren't any vaults because it doesn't take place in america.
