We consider this server to be a small community and strive to be community oriented. There are a number of us who have been playing Minecraft together since 2010 and we are always looking for more people to join us. If this is something you may be interested in, please do continue reading through the thread.
Server Rules
The following rules are in place on the server:
- All forms of cheating/duping/hacking will result in a ban.
- Any form of glitching that does not fall into the above categories will be punished on a case by case basis up to and including a ban.
- Use of any client mods that give you an unfair advantage over other players will result in a ban. (flight, speed, XRay, etc.)
- Griefing/Stealing is prohibited and will result in a ban. Stealing from unlocked chests is not considered stealing.
- World PvP is disabled. Killing other people with fire/lava/etc is heavily frowned upon and if abused can result in punishment. Do not do so unless it is a last resort for someone harassing you.
- Any acts performed by your account are your responsibility alone. You are to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- 1x1 Towers are prohibited because they make the server look bad. By extrapolation of this rule, anything that makes the server look ugly (such as floating trees) is also prohibited. Punishment will be decided on a case by case basis.
- Don't be an excessive whiner. Nobody wants to hear it and mods can take action so they don't have to hear you, up to and including temp bans if it comes to that.
- A single missing block or 2x1 hole is not grief and should not be reported as such. However, this does not mean it is OK to intentionally steal blocks from other peoples work and repeat problems can be dealt with at a moderators discretion. However, wasting a moderators time over such a thing when it is not an actual problem (happens once or twice, and not massively reoccurring) can result in a temp ban.
- Maturity (to a point), respect, and common sense should be the main focus here. If you can't demonstrate all of these at least in part, please find another server.
- By joining the server you acknowledge these rules and any punishment deemed fit by the authorities for breaking them.
Server Information
- You do not get free spawned items. There are no /kits.
- The Spawn Area is safe from monsters and other forms of damage.
- World PvP is disabled. You can only PvP in designated arenas and during specific server events.
- Because world PvP is disabled, you will find that monsters are quite a bit stronger than they are normally. You may need to plan things out or group up with others to survive.
- Certain common blocks behave a little bit differently than you may be used to.
- Regular stone is o��hardero�� than normal. As such, it is advised that you primarily mine inside of caves or use TnT to dig your holes. TnT is easier to come by as such.
- Note that TnT will only destroy blocks below sea-level.
- Regular server wide PvP events will be held as an opportunity to test fighting and building skills.
