Why are you a good Candidate for this position: I think that I am a good candidate for this position because tend to be very aware of what is going on around me. Additionally, I like to help with the server. For instance, when new players enter the server, I ask if they would like a tutorial to the server so they feel more comfortable in the server environment. Also, if there are people who are abusively playing, I will take action and take the precautions to help the server and the people on it. Next, I will be fair to the players on the server because it is my job to not abuse and help the players. Also, if players feel that they love the server, I will introduce them to donating and voting for the server. Finally, I will always make sure everyone is having a good time on the server so that everyone is happy and will stay on the server for months, and maybe years to come.
How are you going to help change the server for the Better: I will change the server à for the better by doing my very best to keep the server on task and everything more efficiently. Also, I will give pointers to other staff on what improvements that we can do to help the spawn. Additionally, I will make sure no one is be annoying or bothering other staff. Plus, I will make sure that everyone is being fair to others including staff as I said before, for the better. Finally, I will make sure that everyone is having a good time and likes the server.
